Trebišov (Tőketerebes, nem. Trebischau) is a town in Slovakia located in the Košice Region. Trebišov is predominantly an agricultural region. Dominant features are fertile lawns, fruit orchards, green gardens, lush forests with nature reserves and scenic hills with scenery of Slanske vrchy, which provide opportunities for recreation and recreation. The region is a Tokaj wine region, which has excellent quality wines. Trebišov center of southern Zemplín, is situated in the south-western part of the East Slovak lowlands, on the border between Trebišovská tabula and Ondavská vrchovina. It is situated at an altitude of 109 m, mostly on the right bank of the Trnak creek, the tributary of Ondava.
