The ArtBus is an exhibition in public transport in Banská Bystrica and Trenčín. The ArtBus presents art projects in an untraditional space – in movable bus. The exhibition presents the works of students of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica. The art is in the public space. The current art is for the ticket price. The exhibition was realized in the bus, where they were mainly the objects, the installations and the photos. The selection was formed from the works of students from the Academy of Arts Banská Bystrica. The works were often interactive and designed for direct entry of viewer. The art communicated with the public in an area where we wouldn’t look for it and at the same time in the common area, which a layman is used to be.

The opening of exhibition was in Banská Bystrica Nov. 18th , 2009 at the end of Rudohorská Street (final bus stop, bus No. 27).
After a week it was moved from Banská Bystrica to Trenčín.
