Christmas interactive projection for children, prepared a civic association composed TRAKT Lukas Matejka, Pavol Soukal and Denis Matus for the Christmas market in 2014 on Peace Square in Trenčín. Large-scale digital signage on city tower got playful shape in the form of an interactive steering wheel that was made at University Tomas Bata in Zlín at the Studio of Industrial Design (Jakub Hrdina and Ondrej Puchta). With a lightweight wheel that resembled a real steering wheel of a car children can “drive” reindeer harness. Christmas Market called “magic of Christmas under the castle” during the 20 and 21 December 2014 turned into a crowd of children who enjoyed the unusual Christmas experience in the public space of Trenčín. About how it really looked, it will learn in the next video.

Happy innovative project concept in audio Stefan Olis (TRAKT), Pavol Soukal (TRAKT) and Lukáš Matejka (TRAKT) takes place as a side event at the Mirror Hall of the former theater star in Trencin The event Night of theaters 2014. The workshop, which was supported under the grant Youth Action index of Trencin was from the beginning built on the creative experiment. Which was accomplished on the dot, and the experience is definitely a rewarding experience for the audience as well as for the organizers. While proved vital link between generations. An interesting and somewhat unexpected development has been the Spectator “base” consisting of children of school and pre-school age accompanied by their parents. This fact was also linking the project with the Night of theaters, many people linked the visit to both programs.

Workshop itself consisted of an interactive installation of fruits and vegetables that emit different sounds when you touch or move. Artists, head of the workshop, the children prepare for an amazing experience and they fully enjoyed it and played on unusual instruments, as long as I could. Play the pumpkin, carrots or hear the cry when slicing it does not happen every day. These options take too many parents who do care, but still, tried, krájali, tapped. Artists constantly experimented during the workshop, engage with the new objects, new sounds, and interlink equipment with water or drawing. An important part was the involvement of a small group of high school students who moved on this project, in particular the attempt to create a “concert” – meaningful melody or rhythm. Happy audio was really very cheerful event, which brought remarkable musical and creative experience.

Interventions 2014 event is cyclical, annual improvements examination fine art interventions in the public space, of which the first edition was held in 2012. The event takes place in the streets, squares, parks or other public places in Trebišov. Professional artists make up for a week at selected locations around site-specific interventions and works to revitalize public spaces, pointed to problems associated with public space, temporarily altered and awakened existing works of art and to enrich the empty spaces of the artistic value of content. “The primary objective of the event, but it is aestheticism or beautify the urban space. Art and art creation is more or less tool for examining the nature of public space, the quality, specifications, conditions and possibilities. To some extent it is a project of civic activism, usurpation the right to occupy public space to which we are all indisputable claim. Interventions in 2014 are thus something like art laboratory which should provide space for the free formation, in his concept of resolving the specific problems of the city, the relationship public-private spaces, standing artefacts in the public space, the use of public space inhabitants, their habits in relation to public areas, buildings, or anything you can think of in connection art and public space, “stated curator and one of the organizers Branislav Zurko.

The theme of this symposium is empty – void. “The city is too many empty spaces which could and should serve some for life in the city of useful features at least could carry some cultural and artistic value, so that affected the residents and users of urban space, or even not because of For some reason really good for nothing else but to remain overgrown and neglected. Intervention but want to find out! “Said another organizer Peter Valiska-Timečko.

After almost two years are door of the training center of creativity and concentration at Academy of Fine Arts in Kremnica open again. Reconstruction of areas has brought not only new floors, facades and social instruments, but also a nice technical equipment that pushes the possibilities of participants to a more professional performance. We also took this opportunity to continue our ambitious plans to do workshops and links with schools which are programmatically related to the photo media.

In this case, we addressed students and teachers of the Academy of Arts in Banska Bystrica, namely the Intermedia and digital media students. As a visiting pedagogue and lector in one person we introduced Ján Adamove who acts at this department as a pedagogue and proffesional lecturer. Our unit was consisted of 16 students and pedagogues alltogether. Commanding and organizational group consisted of Professor Lubo Stacho and me was joined by the doctoral student Lenka Lukačovičová on our side and doctoral student Lukáš Matejka (TRAKT) on the side of Banska Bystrica spectrum. We agreed on three assignments that were built on different principles, and should respond to all students, regardless of whether they have experience with the specific lecturer of assignment or just taste and a duty to respond.

1. Jan Adamove – Memory (video sequence)
2. Lenka Lukačovičová – Action (photorecord of action reinterpretation of action)
3. Marko Horban – Mimicry (video performance)

The first night willingly and enthusiastically came present his author´s and art history experience Michal Murin, who besides being the leading digital media studio at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica, admirably manages the archive and representation of slovak musicologist and artist Milan Adamčiak. It was also because we had planned personally visit mr. Adamčiak in the adjacent village of Banska Bela and record where he lives and eagerly awaits raids Kunst-tourism. Author´s lectures and presentations we had almost every night and there was still something to show not only on the side of pedagogues, but also at student´s side in their portfolio, which has been extremely beneficial and discovering for all involvedand discover for all concerned. After agreement we decided to publish the results and outcomes of creative efforts and intentions of our and invited students of this workshop on the web page and in the second edition of ALF as a DVD attachment. Extending this cooperation on joint activities in the field of creative and stay camps adds another dimension to this cooperation and we believe that such connections have meaning.Participation in the workshop I personally judged to be a test not only for the lower grades of students who become familiar with the operation and philosophy of the studio, but also for the pedagogue is very important to observe the interactivity and social status of the student outside of the school territory. In parallel with this observation it was interesting to watch the activity of the invited parties, for which this was, I believe, just as motivating as instructive. This workshop took place essentially without problems, not to be an exciting evening with preventive trip of emergency health services and persistently rainy autumn weather, as if we were there only one day. But this is only a subtle game of our memory, which is fortunately selective and retains only things that are worth not to be forget.

The connection of the word „ochutnávka“ („taste“) and letter „V“ in the title of the exhibition suggest wine tasting, to which is all concept based. Classic wine tasting become art peace. Also work react very strightly on process of openings of art shows and elitism in the art.

Why do people go to the opening? Vernisage means festive opening of the exhibition. The word is associated with art show and refection. Visitors hear curator speach, they discuss between each other with pleasure and then they observe refection. The exhibition and art falls into the background. Why tasting of wines could not be art itself?

„Ochutnávka V“ is based on short event. Classic wine tasting – wine evaluation opened for public. Event is appropriated by degustation – wine tasting as artistic activity. Staged occasion reconstructed live tasting in real time and space, in direct interaction with visitors. Happening „Ochutnávka“ become opportunity for discussion, improvisation and unpredictable. It is up to the spectator himself how to judge the work which escape all conventions of galleries.

The art show is critique of elitism in art. Simultaneously it is reflection of society focused on shallow values. The whole event will run as general wine tasting event – tasters and visitors become part of the work. They will taste five tastes of wine. We are focused on laymans. Taste of wine will be the most expected sensorial atribute. Layman , in contrast with Professional wine taster, may just state „ I like“ or „ I do not like“ at the moment.

Record of the happening will screen documentation of evening for spectators in future visit. Everything what was part of happening should remain in place as visitors – tasters left. But hard – working cleaners of Nitra Gallery took care of opposite.
