The Torun Culture Cultural Agenda is the organizer of the largest cultural events in Torun, Poland, organizes outdoor events and festivals of international importance (Bella Skyway Festival) and National (Fact Art Festival, Song Festival and Film Ballads). It performs a variety of educational activities, supports non-governmental organizations (Mikrowsparcie), as well as local artists representing various areas of art.
