Folk graffiti

An interactive projection ‘Folk graffiti’ was held at the occasion of the award ceremony of Bratislava Design Week on 11 une 2016. Ornaments were livening up the facade of the building in front of the Church of the Poor Clares. Also visitors and passersby could grab one of the digital spray cans and take a turn. The project merges TRAKT’s digital graffiti with a concept of Ľubomír Slovinský, who is studying at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. It compares traditional folk decorations to the graffiti on factory walls and housing estates. The authors of this unconventional project are Lukáš Matejka (the first concept), Ľubomír Slovinský (the concept and the realization of the project) and Pavol Soukal (the realization of the project and technologies).
